Synopsis prospects update

FYI: Having been in touch with Stephen Davies, the lead Synopsis developer,
it looks as though they're highly committed to supporting full C++. He's
testing the tool against the boost headers, and it seems as though he's
finding the neccessary fixes to be within reach.

(In case you missed it, synopsis is a source code documentation tool with a
real C++ parser http://synopsis.sourceforge.net).
