Boost Documentation - nested types

I'm not sure we have the framework in place for documenting the following:

struct copy_const_reference
{
    template <class T>
    struct apply
    {
        typedef ... type;
    };
};

Bill, did you have anything in mind for constructs like this one?
I'm actually thinking that apply should be listed under member
metafunctions.
