Thanks for the links. I see that it is a problem with the standard, not
a technical reason. Any chance that it might be changed in the future?
Indeed we work for the future already if we reject potentially future
keywords like 'restrict' [see Jon Kalb's message, which - btw -
convinces me :) ].
