No you're not. I missed that point.

Seems like you caught me pants down on that one. I have to admit that I only
thought I need it. Checking my code I could only find
make_cycle_iterator(x.begin(), make_pair(x.begin(), x.end())).
I still think its an omission not having it, but as long as I do not have an
example I will not object if you throw it out again.
