Nits about the vault

When I look at the files section of the Yahoo web pages about this list, I
see an entry called "unit test framework" in the clipboard.  It was created
by "rogeeff" and has a comment of "DELETED".  Can someone remind the creator
that you have to use the "Delete" function, not the "Cut" function, to get
rid of an entry?  If the creator isn't available, could a moderator get rid
of it?

Wasn't the stuff in the "Boost Threads for Carbon.zip" file added to Boost?
If so, then we don't need this file here anymore.
