Persistence Library

Hello -

There was some discussion a while back on writing a persistence 
library. Is anyone actively working on this?

I've been checking out Jens Maurer's persistence library. I have not 
been able to get this to compile on MSVC. Has anyone else? Or has 
anyone ported this library? If not, any advice for someone (like me) 
who is interested in doing the port?
