Goes back a lot further than that:

 Directory of C:\temp

01/01/1601  12:00a                 340 TouchFile.cpp
               1 File(s)            340 bytes
               0 Dir(s)   9,069,088,768 bytes free

(That's actually the oldest date/time NTFS supports, btw).
