Lambda Library vote

I would absolutely _love_ to have the Lambda library available in 
Boost.  I use bind() all over the place, and I think lambda functions 
are a beautiful match for standard library algorithms, saving many 
lines of code.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to use it if it's not available for 
MSVC6.  I would use it maybe within a year if it's at least ported to 
MSVC7 (that's how long I guess we'll take to migrate over).
