Gregory and others feeling bombarded,

I'm torn about this subject ... Pretty cool stuff, but the volume is high.

Beman's original message is appended below, but here's a cookbook for
changing your email status.

Open the "web page for users"
    http://www.osl.iu.edu/mailman/listinfo.cgi/boost

Get your auto-generated password (email'd to you)
   Find the "email your password" box, enter your email address.

After you get the password, change it!

After that, you can stop getting email or just get a digest by editing your
other options on that page.
