[boost] Watch out for attachments (was: boost/filesystem/directory.hpp attached for comment)

My mail client (Outlook Express 5.0.3 for Mac) got confused by the
attachment and cut off the rest of the message.  I could still read the
following messages by using the view-source function.  Should we disallow
attachments (or should I get a [better] mail client)?
