[boost] INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR

When I include 
#include <boost\graph\vector_as_graph.hpp>
in VC 7.0 I get the INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR c1001 that 
has been reported in several emails. However I don't seem to
hit on the right solution. I've tried the following:
    - disabling precompiled headers
    - /Zm750
    - disabling compiler optimization
What else should I try?
