A good start would be to cut down on unnecessary quoting in your posts - you
seem to have accidentally included an entire email digest in this one. The
mail digests are actually a bit inconvenient in this regard - using NNTP
(aka Usenet) is easier if you've got a news reader and access to
news.gmane.org
the groups are:
gmane.comp.lib.boost.devel (this list) and
gmane.comp.lib.boost.user
