[boost] Sandbox online

Hi All,

The boost sandbox CVS repository is now live.

Those interested in working on libraries in the sandbox, please send me
private email describing the library and the people (and their
sourceforget ID's) that will be working on it.

The directory structure of the boost-sandbox will be similar to that of
the boost structure. There will be no duplication of files between the
boost-sandbox and boost. The approach will be to do "-Iboost-sandbox
-Iboost" during development of boost-sandbox libraries.

As in the boost/boost and boost/libsdirectories, there will be a
subdirectory under boost-sandbox/boost and boost-sandbox/libs for each
library.

I'll be seeding the sandbox with stuff of the algorithm library (from the
Wiki). Anyone wanting CVS access for that let me know.
