[boost] Boost as newsgroup vs email(OT)

Hi,

I recently switched to newsgroup access to boost mailing list.
Previously, I was receving it as daily digest email.

With the newsreader, it cannot thread posts correctly. Every reply
starts off as a new thread instead.

I suspect the majority of people are using email to reply and
therefore it does not contain the necessary tracking info to find it's
parent article. Either that or some people are using "New post"
instead of "Reply" to the article.

So, what can one do to get the articles to thread correctly?
