If something is trying to find boost/mpl, you're building the pre-release
Boost.Python v2 library from libs/python/test or libs/python. For that
you'll need to check out boost from CVS and get the mpl-development branch
of the boost/mpl directory. If you just want to use the released
Boost.Python v1, you should only be building from the boost root directory
or from libs/python/build.
