Let me make a suggestion: make the above identity into its own little
library, <boost/identity.hpp>, and include the file in every library
that needs it.

This way, boost::identity need not be provided by every functional and
metaprogramming library. How about that?

To facilitate sharing, I've put the file into the sandbox. On the way,
I've done on or two extra suggestions. Take a look.
