Please don't worry about current MPL performance too much (and certainly
don't make any decision basing on it :) - coming revision is going to
resolve all these problems (most of which are caused by preprocessor!), and
offer a head-to-head performance even with the most simplistic, hand coded
type-list/loops implementation.
