[boost] ublas CVS commit

Hi all,

I've just committed the current ublas version to boost CVS.

Change log:

- column_major driven evaluation added (thanks to Michael Stevens)
- evaluation model extended so that specialization of  C = A * B to xgemm is
easy ;-) now (thanks to Martin Weiser)
- more bugfixes
