I don't think it violates any agreements to let people know that it exists
and is being tested.

Thanks. Well, that might be useful. However, I'm not just interested in
testing the compiler; I'd also like to get Boost ready to interoperate with
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
