Thanks, I've updated the config system and added a new libcomo.hpp to deal
with libcomo configuration - I don't have access to the commeau compiler, so
the new header is a bit of a guess at present, if you can try out
config_test.cpp to verify that I haven't broken anything I would appreciate
it - thanks!
