[boost] Review request: Spirit

  Hello,

I'd like to request Boost formal review for Spirit. I am already in contact
with Thomas Witt, boost's review wizard and I would like to request for
a review schedule unless of course if somebody has serious objections.

Spirit is an object oriented recursive descent parser generator framework
implemented using template meta-programming techniques. Expression
templates allow us to approximate the syntax of Extended Backus Normal
