[boost] Tokenizer doc requests

www.boost.org/libs/tokenizer/tokenizer.htm contains numerous references to
the TokenizerFunction concept. It would be extremely useful if they were
all cross-linked to the page which describes that concept.

It would also be very helpful if the template parameters table included
Requirements for each of them. For example, the Iterator parameter is
surely required to be an input or forward iterator...
