Is it really sufficiently more-simple than say transform iterator adaptor
or indirect iterator adaptor to warrant adding it?
These things are just a few lines each: I don't think adding 10 more
examples of the same complexity is going to be very helpful... though maybe
I'm still missing what makes these understandable for people.
