[boost] test library documentation

Hi,

I have a minor issue with the documentation of the new test
library. Every page is surrounded by a large grey border which
takes up quite a lot of screen real estate. Is this the intended
layout? Wouldn't it make sense to reduce the size of the outer
border or to just delete it?
