[boost] Regex library standardisation proposal - help wanted.

Folks,

This is possibly off topic, but over the next month I'm going to be putting
together a first draft of a proposal to add a regular expression library to
the standard lib.  I'm looking for small but perfectly formed mixture of
proof-readers, pundits, committee members, and regex users to give the
proposal the once (or twice!) over before going public.  If anyone
