I've added the ability to turn off all deprecated features in Boost.Function
with a preprocessor macro BOOST_FUNCTION_NO_DEPRECATED. Anything that
compilers with this macro defined should compile once all of the old,
deprecated syntax goes away. Please tell me if anything breaks that shouldn't
with this macro defined.
