[boost] Boost.Utility: minor change request to help subsetting boost

Hi all

Why isn't there a separate header for boost::noncopyable ? When I include
<boost/utitily.hpp> I have to include <boost/checked_delete.hpp>,
<boost/utility/base_from_member.hpp> and  <boost/utility/addressof.hpp>.
Can a <boost/utility/noncopyable.hpp> header be created and included from
<boost/utility.hpp> ?
