Anthony (and others with similar email programs),

Please set your email program to send plain text.

Whatever you program is doing now makes it very hard to read.  I end up 
skipping your messages because they are so hard on the eyes.  And others 
have said that some email programs refuse to display non-plaintext messages 
altogether.

A quick bit of experimenting shows that MSVC6 has a terminate_handler per
