[boost] Latest Win32 tests posted; comment on disjoint_set_test

Note that disjoint_set_test is reporting fails without any links to 
messages for some compilers.  These tests are reporting runtime errors like 
memory violations and debug library detection of damage to memory.

It would probably be a lot easier to debug these via debugger than looking 
at any messages the regression tests are likely to generate.
