[boost] new ideas for Boost

Hi everyone

I noticed that you are focusing on features taken from other languages like
functional programming from Haskell, dotlist from LISP, Set from Pascal,
etc.

For this reason, I provide you with two sites that contains information
about many languages with their features. I suggest u look at them and see
if this can help to provide Boost with new ideas.
