[boost] ublas: BOOST_UBLAS_USE_CANONICAL_ITERATOR

Does the "BOOST_UBLAS_USE_CANONICAL_ITERATOR" change the semantics of the 
iterators ? If this flag is set, it seems to me that if this flag is set, the 
iterators do not have begin() and end() anymore (to traverse the matrix in 
the other direction). Thus using this iterator a matrix is not similar 
anymore to a vector of vectors ?
