Hi,

I was wondering whether boost::mpl::insert works yet. Especially with
vector_c's. It seems to me it doesn't.

If I use boost::mpl::push_front my vector grows correctly, but if I use
boost::mpl::insert with an iterator pointing to the mpl::begin of the
vector; nothing happens. Any ideas?
