[boost] Configure test sytem broken?

Hello,

it looks like the recent changes to the test library broke the
configure test system.

I tried:

cd libs/configure
configure --enable-test --with-boost=<path to boost>

and every test that should pass fails with an error, that the
include file <boost/test/cpp_main.cpp> cannot be found.

Has this been replaced by a jam based solution or is this
somthing that needs to be fixed for the next release?
