[boost] attn: moderators - minor mail server behaviour

Hi folks,
This is FYI. Cant see that it would affect anyone deeply but it
is different behaviour to every other server we trade mail with.

Some logs from our mail server software show that the boost
server is taking 1.5 minutes to send the terminating QUIT. Normally
takes seconds.
