you meant, "why _not_ just add", right ?

I was about to commit marküs's "very small patch for format library"
into the RC (plus merge into the trunk).
And this one too (though I was a bit afraid of touching a big Jamfile,
not being very familiar with the build system for now)

So, I should commit those, right ?
