Check out the boost-sandbox for the current files - there's some code and
Jeremy's paper; but there's definitely more work to be done before it's a
library. I've volunteered to help finalize the work, but both Jeremy and I
currently have other ToDo's with higher priorities. I reckon Jeremy would be
happy to see others take part, too.
