[boost] Maintenance of libraries

I'm adding a column to the homepage library table stating the name(s) of the
maintainer(s). I imagine that some developers would like to be notified on a
separate email address for posts concerning their library, and thus would
want to attach an email address to the name. 
If so, I'd like to know (including the email address to be used). Please
contact me privately.
