[boost] New enum_set uploaded

I have uploaded a new version of the enum_set to:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/Set/set_submit3.zip
It now supports VC7 (.Net).  I have removed support to Watcom and Digital Mars
for lack of time in supporting those compilers.

Is there still interest in this class?
