[boost] 1_29 release date? MPL documentation status?

Fellow boosters,

When will 1_29 be the official latest release?  I had thought that it would be out
by now but it seems to have stalled.

My reason for asking is that sometime before 2 Nov I would like to upload
a newer version of the serialization library for final review.  To address
a couple of issues it is convenient for me to use some of the MPL
library but it will only be "official" with 1_29 release.

Also it seems that the MPL documention is not complete.  I find
and overview but not a detailed explanation of each function.
