[boost] No more tree_traits<> dependencies under placed_ptr<>

Ok, I've answered to my own question and here is another version of
placed_ptr<> with tree_traits<> dependencies removed:

Now, I would suggest RC to postpone its deallocation like GC.  The
difference with GC would be to have smart garbage collection: swapped
memory, cyclic_ptr, etc.

Would this smart pointer be smart enough to be added to the next version of
Boost?
