it seems not.
I had to modify tools/build/kylix-tools.jam  and comment the line

#flags kylix STDHDRS : $(BCCROOT)$(SLASH)include ;

to make it work as expected.

It looks like giving kylix its own include directory bugs it up (maybe it 
includes wrong headers then)

Shouldn't this be commited before the release if we want kylix users to be 
able to build boost ? Did I miss something ?
