None of the libraries where the LWG had already expressed interest in
seeing a formal proposal, but the proposal wasn't ready yet, were
discussed.

Jens spent the week before the meeting at Fermilab, talking to random
number interests, so he has some ideas he wants to incorporate. But his
formal proposal is mostly done, so you might contact him if you are
interested.
