[boost] is_pod.hpp rename

I've submitted a support request on this, note that once the change takes
place type traits will be broken until someone replaces the #include names
(I'll check it tomorrow unless someone else has caught it already by then).
There may also be problems with cvs getting confused with the name change in
your working copy, but I'm not sure about that....
