[boost] Minor PP Update...

For those who might be interested, I changed the name "SET" to "SEQ" (for
sequence) in the CVS as requested.

I also added BOOST_PP_WSTRINGIZE (as requested also) which produces a
wide-character string literal:

BOOST_PP_WSTRINGIZE(some text) // L"some text"
