It *should* work fine now, though I haven't tested it. I had a pretty good
idea what the problem was. It was this:
#if BOOST_PP_CONFIG_FLAGS() & BOOST_PP_CONFIG_STRICT
This should have been:
#if BOOST_PP_CONFIG_FLAGS() & BOOST_PP_CONFIG_STRICT()
This happened twice in array/insert.hpp.
