Good question!
Strictly speaking, I meant 'if and only if'... with the 'only if' part there
just because if we don't add a boost exception there is nothing to add
'raise' to.... but this is a very strange way to use 'only if' actually....
I was being motivated with a pure emphasis really, so I should have used IF
instead.
