As an MPL newbie (despite having read various papers about it), I second
this suggestion. There must be at least a dozen examples of the scope of things
that MPL can do well, including factorials & Hello World.

It might also be useful to show how these examples work
(as requested by another recent reader)
by a manual 'expansion' into C++ code for a few selected argument values.
(I understand that this is not possible (yet) as a compiler output option, as it
is for C++ MACROs - but it will be most illuminating to simulate this).
