[boost] Filesystem library name

Hi, I have just build the filesystem for the first time from the current CVS
state and I notice that the filesystem library is called "libfs.lib" on
windows. Judging by the naming convention used by the other current boost
libraries, shouldn't this library be called "libboost_filesystem.lib"?
