AFAIK It supports partial template specialization.
I don't even know the syntax for template template parameters :).
If you give me an example of it, I can give it a try.

Let me know if there is any more information I can give you.  Note that
KCC only gives problems when I run it in --strict mode.  Otherwise it
seems to run okay.
