Sorry I missed the first one: the problem is simple: the header you are
using (boost/regex/src.hpp) is undocumented and deprecated, and doesn't
include all the source files any more (I'll get that fixed though). Add
instances.cpp and winstances.cpp to the list of source files included and it
should fix your problem.
